My 23-Year Fight for Justice – A Father's Story

My name is Zbigniew Żbikowski. I am a police officer and a father, and for 23 years, I have been fighting a lonely battle against a system that took everything from me.

This is not just a blog. This is my act of indictment, my dossier of evidence, and my last hope for justice.

In 2001, a single, unlawful document issued by a state agency (the National Criminal Register) cost me my career as a director. This was legally confirmed by the Polish Court of Appeals (case no. I ACa 1136/06), but the acknowledgment of this wrongdoing came without any real justice.

The financial ruin that the state engineered for me became the primary argument in family court, which stripped me of my parental rights. As a consequence, I lost my only daughter for 25 years. I recently reconnected with her, a wonderful miracle, but it cannot erase a lifetime of lost moments.

This blog will be the home for the full, documented truth of my story. It is a story of systemic failure, of unimaginable personal loss, and of a fight for the rule of law that I refuse to give up.

It is also a place to share the legacy of my late father, Jerzy Żbikowski, a brilliant inventor whose revolutionary, patented theory of "Energy from Time" was also ignored and dismissed by the establishment. His story is a vital part of mine.
